proud to announce that we are expanding our operations with the acquisition of James Transportation.
We are excited to welcome all the James Transportation team to our growing team.

James Transportation was founded in 2010 and is based in Egg Harbor Township. James operates
with a team of 55 employees and a fleet of 40 vehicles. The company evolved over the years into a
specialty school transportation service that focused on special needs and field trip related
transport.

We were extremely thankful to have multiple parties interested in acquiring our company. However, there
was immediate synergy with the Holcomb Family based on the similar history and their employee centric
