Holcomb Bus Service recently hired Sue Lippert to manage our Human Resources Department. Overseeing our ever expanding team can be a challenge, but Sue comes to us with an outstanding list of qualifications. Here is a brief description of her previous experience in her own words, “Before joining the Holcomb team, I was the Human Resource Manager for Security Resources based in Cherry Hill, NJ. I oversaw the recruiting/hiring; orientation; employee related issues; benefits; and terminations for 350 employees in 3 locations (PA/NJ/NY).Prior to this, I worked for Lourdes Medical Associates in Haddon Heights, NJ. We were a management company for doctors offices affiliated with Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, in Camden, NJ. I was the Human Resource Generalist for 10 offices in 3 NJ counties. For 8 years I worked for Harte-Hanks, in 3 locations (in PA and NJ). I have Human Resource Manager experience in their call center and direct mail centers. I oversaw all aspects of Human Resources for up to 250 employees. I received my PHR Certification in 2008 and am a member of the SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and the MEA (Mid Atlantic Employers Association).” Holcomb looks forward to keeping Sue busy as we continue to grow our company.
