Employee Referral Bonus
Any Holcomb employee who refers a driver with their CDL/Class B/C (w/ P&S endorsements) will receive a $2500 referral bonus (after 90 days of employment). A $500 referral will be paid out to any Holcomb employee who refers an employee who completes the driver trainee program and attains their CDL (w P& S endorsements).

$5000 for Class A Mechanic
$2500 for Class B Mechanic
$1500 for Class C Mechanic

Any employee who refers a qualified mechanic will receive the following referral bonus (after 90 days working days of employment):
Class A Mechanic: $2500
Class B Mechanic: $1500
Class C Mechanic: $1000
