Employee Referral Bonus
Any Holcomb employee who refers a driver with their CDL/Class B/C (w/ P&S endorsements) will receive a $1000 referral bonus (after 90 days of employment). A $500 referral will be paid out to any Holcomb employee who refers an employee who completes the driver trainee program and attains their CDL (w P& S endorsements).
